The turn-around time is 4-6 weeks after receiving your photo. You will be informed on the progress of your portrait painting during this period of time.

It normally takes 4-6 weeks to finish your painting since it is hand-painted by one of our designated artist instead of being mass-produced by technicians, and we do not use any computer assisted technique in our painting process.
