· After 2 or 3 weeks when our artists have completed the portrait, a digital photo copy is sent to you via email for your review and approval.
· You can request any changes at this time or just give us approval by email. During this period, our artists would try their best to make you satisfied. If you are still not satisfied with our artists' work, you will receive full refund with 100% guarantee .
· Upon your approval, we will ship the portrait out within 3 business days.
· After you get the real portrait, please contact us. Our customer service representative will give you a follow up call or email. Please note that you can still get 100% refund except the shipping fee at this time as long as you inform us within 7 days and return it within 30 days.

Ordering original paintings and reproductions:
· Place your order online simply.
· We will contact you within 2 business days to confirm the ordering information. Then we will ship it to you directly.
· If you are not satisfied with our product after you open the package, please inform us within 7 days and return it within 30 day for your full refund except the shipping fee.

· For ensuring the quality of our work, our customer service representative will contact you once receiving your photo to let you know if your photo is approved by our artists.
· Our artists do your portrait only when your photos are approved by us. Otherwise, we will full refund you and deny your order.
· Please remember the following rules when you try to scan your photos:
- Must be over 200KB and under 5MB file size
- Resolution of 640 x 480 or higher
