Step 3: final approval guarantee after you see the real portrait - Full refund except shipping fee
After you get the product you ordered, our customer service representative will give you a follow up call or email on your final approval. If you are not 100% satisfied with our work at this time, you still have a chance to get your full refund excluding the shipping fee incurred by this the return as long as you inform us within 7 days and return it to us within 30 days.
